Refund Policy

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Custom-stitched, customized, or altered products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at checkout.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order outfits

  • Accessories and dupattas (if sold separately)
