Custom-stitched, customized, or altered products are not eligible for return.
Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at checkout.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchange

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to product availability.
